Before using this
unit

1. Place a soft cloth under the unit to protect it
from scratches.
2. Turn the unit upside down.
3. Unlock the two lock screws and the lock shaft
on the bottom of the unit.
4. Loosen the lock screws (turn 5 to 6 times).
5. Turn the lock shaft slowly counterclockwise
(180 degrees).
Notes:
IThe screws and lock shaft can not be removed from the
bottom panel.
0Do not turn the lock shaft farther than the set limits (180
degrees).
Olf you transport the unit again. tighten the two lock screws
and the lock shaft in the reverse order.

IF THE PLAYER rs TRANSPORTED AGAIN. PER-

FORM THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1) Remove the disc from the disc holder.

2) Tighten the two lock screws and the lock shaft by
reversing the unlocking procedure.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS OR
SHAFT.

CAUTION:

Do not transport the player without the lock screws and

shaft secured. Severe damage will result.
