I BEFORE TRANSPORTING THE UNIT

To safeguard against damage in transit, be sure to secure the
optical pickup by following the procedure below.

1 Remove the compact disc inside, and set the
power switch to OFF with the disc tray still
open.

2 Slowly push in the disc tray by hand.
000 not till the unit while doing this
Oil the disc tray is not pushed in slowly, the optical pickvup
may not be secured properly.

3 Check that the lock mark can be seen in its
entirety as shown in the figure on the right. oLock mark
