Features

Turntable section

In. newly developed double-Insulate vibration-damping unit,
unique In Toot-nice, we: developed throth high mun design
placing particular amphalls on acoustic quality.(5ee Fig. 31.)
The turntable platter and the tonearm are installed on the base
and solidly giroed through the integral construction at the main
base and the bottom or the case. while the entire base is
floating in stable equrlibrium With respect to the main turntable
base through insulators. composed ol metallic springs and a
viscoelastic material.

The main turntable base is also provided With an insulator
superior in Vibration damping characteristics tor protection lrorn
undesirable external vibrations. As a result, a combined ettect is
obtained through the use at two insulators to maintain excellent
absorptionand cut-oft ol external vibrations and local resonance
lrom speaker output thus ellecting remarkably improved
leedbeck prevention.

IMotor construction peculiar to Tochnics In which the rotor oi
the motor la Inlegrally connected to the turntable plotter
(See Fig. 31.)
In technics turntable systems we took the lead in the world by
putting the Direct Drive system on the market with a marked
improvement in the pertormance ol turntables. Since then.
we have developed numerous turntables ol high perlormance.
lurnrstiing new topics or conversation each time.
One at these achievements Is the motor construction oi this unit.
unique and singular in the world. in which the rotor oi the motor
is directly connected to the lumlable platter.
Moreover. the motor base has been integrally connected to the
turntable base of diecast aluminum tor presenting turntable
systems at higher accuracy and rational construction.

I to.

system with "MEMO-REP "
lunctlon cap-bio oi repeatedly playing a record trorn one to Ill
times or continuously playing a record ropamdly

The unit is equipped With a convenient "MEMuREPEAV lunction.
and you can enjoy manual playing: automatic start. automatic
return. automatic stop. and in addition. repeatedly playing a
record lrorn one to six times or continuously playing a record
repeatedly.

I Dependable one chip IC (See Fig, 32,)

First in development 01 the IC (ANBJO) ol the Back Electro-

motive Force Frequency Generator system. The motor time unit.
control unit and various additional lunclions are integrated into

the BFG' system which ulllize the Back Electromotive Force
Frequency Generated In the drive wlndlng ot the Direct Drive motor.

Consequently. superior temperature. drilt and trensrent chars»
cterrslics are obtained Improvtng the overall reliability oi the
turntable system.

The one chip IC (ANSSO) employed in this unit hat. a total ol 321
elements such as trans-stars. diodes. resistors and capacttors
