Logarithmierung

Verstarker 3 mit D7 im Gegenkopplungszweig
logarithmiert das vom Doppelweggleichrichter
kommende Signal,

Die Ausgangsspannung des Verstarkers 4 betrégt
ftir Referenzanzeige 0 Volt, weil der durch R29
fl iessende Strom gleich gross ist, wte der, durch
die Referenzspannung erzeugte, in R28 flies-
sende Strom.

Sinkt der Pegel des Eingangssignals, verkleinert
sich der durch R29 iliessende Strom. Die Aus-
gangsspannung am Verstarker 4 ist proportional
der Stromdifierenz.

Logarithmation

Amplifier 3 with D7 in the negative feedback
loop acts as a logarithmic amplifier for the rec-
tified signal.

For reference indication the voltage at the out-
put of amplifier 4 is 0 volt, because the current
through R29 and the current, given by the referr
ence voltage, through R28 cancel at the input of
IC 4.

If the input signal is reduced, the current
through R29 is reduced too. The voltage atthe
output of the amplifier 4 is proportional to the
current difference.

Die mechanische Nullstellung des Messwerkes
liegt bet Referenzanzeige 0 dB. Fiir Pegel, deren
Anzeige 0 + 6 dB ergibt, wechselt die Polari-
tét der Ausgangsspannung am Verstérker 4.

Die Logarithmierschaltung ist temperaturkom-
pensiertt D7, D8 und die Spule R34 sind ther-
misch gekoppelt.

The mechanical zero position of the movement
corresponds to the reference indication OdB.
For input levels which give a deflection between
0... +6dB on the meter, the output of am-
plifier 4 changes the polarity of the voltage.

The logarithmic circuit is temperature com-
pensated. D7, D8 and the COli R34 are ther-
mally coupled
