3 Basic Setup Figure 1 illustrates the basic AuxPander setup. The AuxPander connects to the mixing console insert points. Any processors that were connected to the mixing con- sole inserts are moved to the AuxPander INSERT jacks. The mixing console receives the same signal as in the original setup, including the processed signal from the mono and stereo processors. Eight additional auxiliary outputs are available at the AuxPander OUTPUT jacks. NOTE: For details on how to use insert points, including what type of cables to use, see Appendix II, Fundamentals of Insert Points on Page 16 of this manual.
