The Panthera T75 Stereo Tuner provides an FM
Tuner of superior specification, styled to match
the Panthera A75 Integrated Stereo Amplifier.

Developed from the respected and proven
Ravensbourne Tuner, the new Panthera Tuner
offers- additional refinements coupled with
predictable precision performance. Circuit
techniques include a 4 gang front end in-
corporating two dual-gate field effect

transistors; dual ceramic IF filters using (C
techniques; a quadrature detector; a high per-
formance phase lock loop stereo decoder; a
stereo beacon employing L.E.D.; switched
inter-station noise and A.F.C. circuits; and a
fully stabilised power supply.

The unit features sockets enabling connection
of either 75 ohm or 300 ohm aerials with the

additional facility of a local/ distant switch pre-
venting overload in areas of exceptionally
high signal strength. Additional features in-
corporated in the T75 include a mono override
facility on the autorrtatic stereo decoder, dual
output sockets for different DIN connection
configurations, optional interstation noise
muting and signal strength indication.

The logarithmic-law Signal Strength Meter and
the sensitive, accurate, centre zero Tuning
Indicator provide precision indication of operat-
ing conditions and incorporate the red L.E.D.
stereo beacon.

The superb new styling by Murdoch 8 Gibbs
features a black anodised front panel and is

characterised by meticulous attention to detail.
End covers finished in Rosewood are available
as an optional extra.

Construction and wiring follows the usual high
standard which has come to be expected from
ROGERS products. Translucent Fibreglass
printed circuit boards are used throughout
and a remarkably clean and open layout has
been achieved. High quality components, con-
servatively rated, coupled with careful quality
control ensure long term reliability, reflected
in the unconditional one Year Guarantee
covering both materials and labour.
