Einbauanleitung

Der komplette UmrUstsatz besteht aus
folgenden Einzelbaugruppen:

Einsetzen der beiden Fiihrungs-
schienen C in Verstarkerkorb
(A19)

Einsetzen des Prints D in A19
Montage des Kabelbundes B
Stecker in A19 einstecken 6p0|ige
Buchse E auf Traverse montie»
ren.

Bei alteren Maschinen ist die
Buchse vom Kabelbund abzuloten
und dieser an die bereits im Gerat
eingebaute Buchse wieder anzuv
loten.

Montage des Pilotkopfes A auf
Kopftrager 1.020.822 resp.
1.020.824:

Kopfattrappe entfernen.

Pilotkopf mit Taumelplatte kom-
plett auf Kopftrager befestigen.
Die beiden Litzen vom Pilotkopf
sind am ZOpoligen Stecker anzu-
loten (blk = schwarz an Pin 8, brn
= braun an Pin 9). Mit feinem
Lotkolben sehr sorgfaltig arbeiten.
Keine benachbarten Litzen bescha-
digen.

Das Einstellen der richtigen Kopf~
lage erfolgt entsprechend dem Aut-
nahme- oder Wiedergabekopf.

Fiir die Spaltjustage kann eine
Vollspur-Aufzeichnung verwendet
warden.

The kit consists of the following com-
ponents:

acle

Synchronising circuit board

How to install the Kit

1 .

Attach the two slide rails C to the
inside of the amplifier compart-
ment (A19)

Slide circuit board D into place in
A19

Install cable harness B by inser-
ting its plug into A19 and by
mounting the 6-contact chassis re-
ceptacle E on the cross member.
On machines which have the
6~Contact receptacle already instale
led, the harness should be soldered
to that receptacle.

installation of sync-head A on
head supports 1.020.822 or
1.020.824 respectively:

Remove dummy-head.

Install syncrhead with its mounting
plate on head support. Solder the
two stranded wires from the

syncAhead to the 20-c0ntact socket
(black to pin 8, brown to pin 9).
Use a fine tipped soldering iron
and work carefully so as not to
damage any of the other wires.

To adjust the position of the
sync-head proceed in the same
manner as with the recording and
playback heads.

A full track recording may be used
to align the head azimuth.

1. Monter les deux glissieres C a
I'intérieur du boitier contenant
lélectronique d'enregistrement et
de lecture (A19).

2. Placer le circuitimprimé D dans
A19

3. Montage du cable de raccorde-
ment B mettre la fiche dans
A19 et monter la prise a 5 poles

E sur la traverse.
Sur les premieres series i| taut des-
souder Ia prise du cable et la res-
souder sur la prise existante dans
lappareil.

4. Montage de la téte A respective-
ment sur le bloc des tétes
1.020.822 et 1.020.824. Demonter
Ia téte de simulation puis fixer la
téte-pilote - montée sur son assise -
sur le bloc des tétes.

Raccorder les deux fils de la téte
pilote sur la prise a 20 poles (blk =
noir sur le point 8, brn = brun sur
Ie point 9). Cette operation doit
étre faite avec beaucoup de soin et
a laide dun petit fer a souder
pour éviter dendommager les fils
voisins.

Le réglage de la téte s'effectue
comme pour les tetes d'enregistre-
ment et de lecture.

Lazimut peut étre réglé avec une
bande enregistrée en pleine piste.
