T-33cIcI EXTRAORDINARY PERf ORMANCE So small is the cassette tape, so thin is the tape size, and so slow is the speed of the tape as it travels through the cassette machine, that the most precise technology is required in a cassette tape deck to get the most from the musical performance. The T-3300 gives you true, rich high fidelity sound from any cassette-those you buy which are pre-recorded, and those you make yourself from recordings of FM radio. lt's a small unit, but a superbly constructed one. There is a precisron hysteresis synchro- nous motor for stable operation at all times, noisefree operation, too. All performance specifications are first-rate, owing to the use of expensive, long-life silicon transistors throughout. Most importantly, you'll discover that the tonal quality of this unit is excellent, so fine, in fact, that you might never again want to question the virtues of cassette recordings. With the T-3300, cassette stereo has truly arrived. AUTOMATIC STOP MECHANISM Whether the deck is set to Play, Fast Forward or Rewind modes, all operating buttons are released automatically when the tape reaches its end. This device is important for it prevents possible damage to both the tape drive system and the tape. Most cassette decks do not have this feature. Pioneer thinks it is very important. AUTOMATIC POP-UP MECHANISM Your cassette tape is ejected automatically when it comes to an end, again whether the deck is set to Play, Fast Forward or Rewind modes. This pop-up mechanism also releases the operating buttons, although the T-3300 has a defeat switch which eliminates this function if you choose. PAUST LEVER This device allows you to make temporary pauses at the beginning of or midway through recordings. lt is very handy when you are making your own tapes from records or the radio. OTHI R KEY FIATURES Large, easy-to-read sliding type level controls are provided, two each for recording and playback. There is a device to prevent inadvertent erasing of valuable recorded tapes, too. Other features: A headphone jack and DIN type re- cording/playback jack. And handsome styling in aluminum and walnut paneling.
