2 1 23 4 1234 C D F A B E PDP-S50 1.REASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS The grille ASSY is attached to the baffle using double-sided self-adhesive tape. To avoid damaging the cabinet, work with the speaker on top of a blanket or similar, face the grille ASSY upward. There is slot in the lower part of the speaker. To detach it, first push up the lower part by inserting a screwdriver(-) into slot. Taking care not to damage the grille and baffle, lift the grille a little bit at a time with hand. Though they are attached tight at center position, do more cafully. *Be careful not to damage the grille ASSY by bending too much. Grille ASSY Baffle Grille ASSY Baffle LOCATIONS TO FIX DOUBLE-SIDED SELF-ADHESIVE TAPE Tape (SEH1077 x2) Grille ASSY (Back Side)Baffle Tape (SEH1094 x2) Tape (SEH1088 x2) (32) GRILLE ASSY Slot Screwdriver(-) Grille ASSY Baffle When reattaching the grille ASSY, use double-sided self-adhe- sive tape in the locations shown in the diagram and press the grille ASSY into place.

3 1 234 1 23 4 C D F A B E PDP-S50 The woofer is attached to the baffle by 4 internal screws. To detach it, first remove the baffle from cabinet by unfastening external 16 screws. Then unfasten those screws. When attach- ing it, face its plus terminal downward. When changing it, stick the felt(SED1123 4pcs.) on the speci- fied position of the woofer frame. 16 SCREWS (BPZ40P100FTB) Baffle The tweeter is attached to the baffle by 2 internal screws. To detach it, first remove the baffle from cabinet. Then unfasten those screws. When attaching it, face its plus terminal (bigger terminal) rightward.
