THEREFORE DOES NOT SEPARATE THE UNIT FFIOM MAINS
POWER IN STANDBY POSITION,

LINE VOLTAGE SELECTOR SWITCH

Only mum-voltage models are provided with this switch.
U.s., Canadian, European, U.K., and Australian models
are not provided with this switch.

Mains voltages in Saudi Arabia are 127V and 220V only.
Never use this model with 110V setting in Saudi Arhla.

The line voltage selector switch is located on the rear panel
of this player. Before your player is shipped from the factory,
the switch is set to the power requirements of the players
destination. Check that it is set properly before plugging
the power cord into the outlet. If the voltage is not properly
set or if you move to an area where the voltage requirements
differ, adiust the selector switch as follows:

I Use a medium-sized (flat blade) screwdriver. Insert the
tip of the screwdriver into the groove of the selector
switch and turn it so that the power voltage making of
your area points to the arrow.

antenna is connected lo the antenna terminal, be
sure the antenna system is grounded so as to pros
vide some protection against voltage surges and
built up static charges.
In the U.5.A. section 810 at the National Electri-
cal Code, ANSI/NFPA No. 704984. provides
inlormation with respect to proper grounding ol
the mast and supporting structure, grounding ol
the lead-in wire to an antenna discharge unit, size
