Controls and Their Use
Sub-woofer control for adjustment of low range sound
to the desired level.
I Sub-woofer phase switching device for smooth blending
of sub-woofer output and output from other speakers.
0 Stereo or monaural selection, in accordance with the
power amplifier and the sub-woofer being used.
' Frequency switching device for 3-point switching of the
low pass filter and high pass filter in accordance with the
vehicles acoustic characteristics and the speakers being
used.
0 Power indicator
Lights when the unit is ON.
9 Crossover frequency switch
Allows switching of the crossover frequency of the sub-
woofer speaker between the upper limit of the low range
(S.WO0FER) and the lower limit of the mid to high range
(FULL RANGE). Theoretically, this setting should be made
considering such factors as the acoustic characteristics of
the vehicle, the speaker being used, and the type of music
being listened to. In practice, experiment and find the
setting that sounds best.
