Follow the safety instructions on the unit and the applicable safety instructions listed below. Keep these operating instructions handy for future reference. (1) Read these instructions. Condensation may form in the following cases, -��The unit is brought from cold surroundings into a well-heated room. -��The unit is suddenly brought from cool surroundings, such as an air-conditioned room or car, to a place which is hot and humid. -��During the rainy season. In any of the above-mentioned conditions, do not operate the unit for at least 2 hours. The unit is not equipped with a dew sensor. -��Other precautions for installation -��The unit should not be installed or operated near large magnets or electromagnetic devices. Such devices can damage pre-recorded VHS recordings. -��Do not place any heavy objects atop the unit, and do not install it in a confined space. Please allow for adequate air circulation. -��The unit should not be mounted in a vertical position. Its designed to operate in the horizontal position. -��When the unit is not to be used for a long time To save power, unplug it from the household AC outlet.
