Moving Coil Transformer T 3000

The T 3000 transformer has been
designed specifically to match the
electrical characteristics of Ortofons top
range moving coil cartridge MC 3000,

which is a low output design.

Consequently, the T 3000 has a high
gain, 30 dB, which ensures accurate and
noiseless matching to the 47 kohm
phono inputs on main amplifiers.

In addition, the T 3000 will give a high
level of performance when used with
other top quality moving coil cartridges
with an internal impedance in the 3-5
ohm range.

Throughout the development and
production of the T 3000, only the best
electronic components and the most
meticulous quality control techniques
have been employed in order to ensure
the highest possible sound reproduction

quality.

T 3000 Features

The unit comprises two identical though
completely independent transformers.
One for each channel, and each with its
own mu-metal shielding against hum.
