FM Antennas

Usethe Tishaped antenna if you live in an area where signal
strength of FM broadcasts is high. Connect the antenna
to the FM 300 ohms terminals and place the antenna on
a wall or other surface in the position in which reception
rs best. If signal strength is low in your area, use a mule
tielement FM outdoor antenna and connect to this unit
using 75 ohm coaxial cable because this type of cable is
more resistant to interferencethan 300 ohm cables. Consult
your Onkyo dealer about the right type of antenna for your
area.

AC POWER
SUPPLY

Do not use the same antenna for both FM and TV (or

VCR) reception since the FM and TV (or VCR) signals
can interfere with each other. If you must use a common
FM/TV (or VCR) antenna, use a directional linkage type
splitter.
