® Confirm that the On/Ott button (left button)

at the timer switch (16) is set to OH".
Turn on the power to the deck by
depressing the power switch (1).

® Press the elect button (2) to open the

cassette holder (4).

Insert the cassette tape into the holder

with the exposed tape lacing down and the
desired side lacing outwards. Push the
cassette holder back until it locks into the
panel.

from any transport mode into any other (Le.

lorward. etc.) without having to use the

were not recorded with Dolby C-Type
noise reduction. are to be played back
at the B-Type" position.

® Press the play button (7).

Adjust the output level control (9) to the
desired level.

G) For short-term interruption oi playback.
press the pause button [6). To resume
playback. press the play button [7) again.

® To stop the tape altogether, press the stop

button (3).

® When the tape and is reached, the tape
transport is shut olf automatically.

During playback, the decks peak level
meters display the level recorded on the
tape. Readings are not affected by turning
the output level control.
