SERVICE NOTES

LINE CORD REVERSAL - For
minimum hum, insert line cord plug in
both positions. Leave in the position
that provides minimum hum.

OPERATING AMPLIFIER WITH
LOAD - Always operate the amplifier
with an output load (either the
speakers or an 8 ohm, 5 watt resistive
load) across each channel.

SPEAKER PHASING-Refer to the
schematic diagram.

vertical plane and lift changer out.

CHASSIS REMOVAL

1. Remove nut and washer from
stereo phone jack (PPZZGE only).

2. Remove four (4) knobs from
controls by pulling straight up.

3. Remove twelve (12) screws from
the bottom and remove bottom cover.

4. Remove two (2) cup nuts from
balance and bass control shaft
bushings.
