This is a McIntosh XR 1051 Loudspeaker. The pur-
chase date. model number, serial number, and Five
Year Service Contract number are important to you in
the event of a need for repair, insurance claim, etc.
Space is provided here to record these numbers.

McIntosh Laboratory provides you with a Five Year
Service Contract when you complete and mail the Ser-
vice Contract Application Form. Any McIntosh Service
Agency can expedite necessary repairs when you pro-
vide your SERVICE CONTRACT with the detective
loudspeaker for repair. In any event, it is wise to record
your Service Contract Number in this space:
