Pure DC Configuration

The most up todate DC configuration is used
thrOughOut the entire circuitry lrom the input
stage to the final output stage. which effectively
removes Such transient or phase distortion caused
by time factor

Ultra-Low Notch Distortion

Annoying notch distortion is reduced to a
negligible level equalling that of a class A amp.
thanks to the parallel push-pull cirCuit which
utilizes special ring emitter transistors which
inherently offer outstanding linearity

good Torial Ouality

To prevent overall tonal degradation, the wiring is
carefully arranged With the shortest length
especially at the speaker terminals where large
current flows Speaker terminals can be selected
by a muting relay to eliminate unnecessary contact
points A large, highefliciency toroidal
translormer is featured in combination with low
impedance electrolytic capacitors. in the power
SUDDIV section

Linear Equalizer and Low Boost

To give proper compensation to reproduced sound
according to the recorded characteristics and
room acoustics, etc ,our exclusive linear tnualizer
and uselul low boost are provided These circuits
are incorporated in the flat arnp and are effective
on all program sources.

Subsonic Filter

To remove Such unwanted ultra low frequency
noises as are caused by warps oltdisc, resonance ot
tonearm. phono motor rumble. etc.. the subsonic
filter prevides sharp attenuation characteristics
l-lZdB/ocr.) at either lOHz or 20Hz cut oil
frequencies

Use of MC (Moving Coil) Cartridge
The pliono MC position permits use of a Moving
Coil cartridge which has been gaining more
popularity of late. together with our step-up
translormer (8020 or 8030) available as option

4-Gang Yolurne Control

A preCision 4-gang potentiometer is used to realize
high SIN ratio and excellent overload
characteristics, especially at the low volume level.

Electrostatic Speaker Connection

To hook up an electrostatic loudspeaker system.
an exclusive selector switch is provided at the
rear panel

Du-bbirto and Recording-Off Selector

2 pairs of tape monitor circuits make it possible
to dub from one tape to another A Record Oil
position is usetul in preventing tonal deterioration
of other program sources when a connected tape
deck is turned off
