Part # 07217294 Lexicon LIVE is our latest proprietary technology and is like nothing you have ever heard before. It utilizes your multichannel system to create the illusion of being in a remarkably different space. Speak, sing, or play an instrument and experience the sound of a live concert hall. The technology behind Lexicon LIVE is used in many of the worlds most prestigious performance venues to enhance their acoustics. In the home, Lexicon LIVE can transform your home theater into a practice room, liven up a party, or simply create a different sounding space. Dolby Pro Logic IIx technology is an extension to Dolby Pro Logic II that enables the listener to experience natural and seamless 6.1 or 7.1channel surround sound from any stereo or 5.1channel source. New modes include: PLllx Movie, PLllx Music, PLllx + THX, and 5.1 PLllx Movie. The Full+Sub featureallowslow frequencies to be sent to the subwoofer AND other speakers simultaneously. The improved version of 5.1 LOGIC 7 enhances the mix of the front channels, resulting in better intelligibility of dialog with film soundtracks and more tightly focused vocals with musical recordings. The maximum volume setting allows you to place a limit on the system output level. Automatic calibration of levels and distances makes calibrating the MC8/B a snap, even for a novice.
