DIAL GORD STRINGING/BLDCK DIAGRAM .

DIAL CORD STRINGING

1.

Fully close the variable capacitor.

2. Assemble the dial pulley (A) with the pulley

(El and fix them on the shaft of the variable
capacitor using 2 screws.

Tie the end of the dial cord to the boss (C)
as shown.

Dress the dial cord in the direction of "1"
to "2 and wind it 3 turns around the dial
shall starting from its lower side

Dress the dial cord in the direction of "3"
lhrough "8" and wind it 2 turns around the
pulley (B) starting from itslcwver slde. Then,
wind it 2 turns around the boss at the rear
side and tle the end of it.

Mounl the dial pointer as shown in the
llluslratlon.
