and pull out the power cord Contact your dealer or nearest semice center

equipment. Particularly. never leave it in an automobile or on the dashboard

5. Temperature 7 The unit may not lunction properly it used at extremely low or lreezing
temperatures The ideal ambient temperature is above +5C (Al F)

operating instructions All other servicing should be reierred to qualitied service personnel

17. CAUTION 7 TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT USE THE AC PLUG WITH AN

EXTENSlON CORD RECEPTACLE OR OTHER OUTLET UNLESS THE BLADES CAN BE
FULLY INSERTED TO PREVENT BLADE EXPOSURE.

Rechargeable battery operation

Always use the spemally provided rechargeable battery (NB-88) or a separately sold rechargeable batteries NB-88 or NB-77. Never use the batteries other than 1

batteries authorized by Kenwood,

months. the operating period may be shorter than nomal This is due to the properties or

Alter recharging use the battery on the unit unitl it is exhausted The original performance or
battery perlomance can be recovered by repeating this cycle a few times

Recharging IS not possible during playback. Be sure to swttch the power OFF before star
recharging.

- Be sure to close the top cover ol the unit before proceeding to recharging

Recharging completes in about 6 hours AVOId recharging batteries over 6 hours
