user-serviceable parts inside. Leave all servicing to
qualified service personnel.
4.CAUTION: This CD player uses invisible laser
radiation and is equipped with safety switches to
prevent radiation emission when unloading CDs. It is
dangerous to defeat the safety switches.
5.CAUTION: Use of controls, adjustments or
performance of procedures other than those specified
herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.

How to reset your unit
Press and hold both the SEL (select) and (standby/on/attenuator) buttons at the same
time for several seconds.
This will reset the built-in microcomputer.
Notes:
- Your preset adjustments - such as preset channels or sound adjustments - will also be erased.
- If a CD is in the unit, it will eject when you reset the unit. Pay attention not to drop the CD.SEL (Select)

Klok instellen
Het is ook mogelijk de klok in te stellen op een
24-uurs of een 12-uurs aanduiding.
1 Druk op SEL (selecteren) in en houd
deze ten minste 2 seconden ingedrukt,
zodat een van de PSM-vermeldingen
op de display wordt weergegeven.
(Zie bladzijde 20.)
2 Stel het uur in.
1Selecteer de vermelding CLOCK H als
deze al niet meteen op de display wordt
weergegeven.
2Pas het uur aan.
3 Stel de minuten in.
1Selecteer de vermelding CLOCK M.
2Pas de minuten aan.
4 Stel de uuraanduiding in.
1Selecteer de vermelding 24H/12H.
2Selecteer de vermelding 24H of 12H.
5 Voltooi de instelling.

De algemene instellingen
wijzigen (PSM)
Het is mogelijk om de instellingen voor de items
die op de volgende bladzijde staan vermeld te
wijzigen.
Basisprocedure
1 Druk op SEL (selecteren) in en houd
deze ten minste 2 seconden ingedrukt,
zodat een van de PSM-vermeldingen
op de display wordt weergegeven.
(Zie bladzijde 20.)
2 Selecteer het item waarvan u de
instelling wilt wijzigen.
(Zie bladzijde 20.)
3 Wijzig het PSM-item dat u hierboven
hebt geselecteerd.
4 Herhaal stap 2 en 3 als u de andere
PSM-items wilt aanpassen.
5 Voltooi de instelling.
Als u wilt weten hoe laat het is terwijl de
eenheid is uitgeschakeld, drukt DISP
(display).
De stroom wordt vervolgens ingeschakeld en
gedurende 5 seconden wordt de tijd van de
klok weergegeven. Daarna wordt de
stroomtoevoer weer uitgeschakeld.
