High quality digital audio
- By connecting a DTS (Digital Theater Systems) or a Dolby Digital
decoder, you can enjoy high quality 5.1 digital surround sound from
DTS or Dolby Digital discs.
- With linear PCM audio at 16-24 bits and 44-96 kHz (not on digital
output, see table page 13), audio quality exceeding that of CD
becomes possible.

access to many major functions of this unit.
- Programming of up to 9 scenes in memory (markers)
- Parental lock settings to prevent play of discs unsuitable for some audi-

Compatible with CD as well as DVD.
- The DVD1 will play any conventional Audio CD or erasable CD (CD-
RW), bearing the logos as shown below as well as any DVD with the
region code 0 or 2.
