Features

The FX-54 creates various guitar tones
from a mildly distorted sound to a harsh
rock-nvroll grind. With the addition of
the compressor, the FX-54 has the
ability to sustain longer than just a
distortion pedal alone. This results in
longer, and more controlled feedback
effects, tight rhythms, and smooth
bluesy solos.

The FX-54 Attacker also features:
0 FET switching for "clickless"
insertion into the signal path.

0 LED indicator shows the status
of the effect and battery
condition.

0 No tools, easy access battery
compartment.

0 Rugged die cast metal case.

0 Three year limited warranty.

Controls

LEVEL: Adjusts the amount of distortion
signal to the output. Turning the LEVEL
clockwise increases the amount of
distorted signal. This control is used to
match the level of the distorted signal
with the original signal level.

TONE: Modifies the tone or E0 of the
distorted signal. When the TONE
control is straight up, the distortion
signal is unchanged or the equalization
curve is flat. Turning the TONE control
clockwise boosts the high frequencies,
and turning the control counter.
clockwise boosts the lower frequencies
of the distorted signal.
COMPRESSION: Varies the amount of
compression and sustain occurring to
the effect signal. Turning this control
clockwise increases the compression
amount and results in a tighter sound
with longer sustain. Turning the control
counter-clockwise lowers the
compression and turning it full counter-
clockwise is a virtual bypass of the
compressor.

DISTORTION: Adjusts the amount of
distortion added to the input signal.
Turning this control clockwise increases
the internal gain of the FX-54 resulting in
a more distorted signal.

FOOTSWITCH: Switches the distortion
effect in or out of the signal path.

LED INDICATOR: Lights up when the
distortion is enabled.
