7 ENGLISH !6 Dimmer Button (DISPLAY) - Push this button to change the brightness of the display. - Push once to make the display 2/3 as bright as normal. - Push again to make the display 1/3 as bright as normal. - Push once again to turn the entire display off during playbackand all except the track number off in any other mode. !7 Stop Button ( 2STOP) - Push this button to stop playback or pause mode.The disc will stop rotating. !8 Random Button (RANDOM) - Push this button to play the track in random order. (Refer to page 11.) !9 Play Button ( 1 PLAY) - Push this button to start playback of a disc during stop orpause mode. - When this button is pushed, is displayed and the track number being played is displayed. - Tracks are shown on the calendar display. Once a track has been played, the corresponding track number goes out on the calendar display. @0 Pause Button ( 3PAUSE) - Push this button to stop playback temporarily duringplayback. - When this button is pushed during playback, playback is stopped temporarily, the indicator goes out and the indicator lights. - Push this button or the 1 PLAY button again to continue playback. @1 Open/Close Button ( 5OPEN/CLOSE) - The disc holder is opened and closed by pushing this button. - Push this button once to open the disc holder and once again to close it. - When the disc holder is closed with a disc loaded, the disc will rotate for a few seconds while the disc contents are read. The number of tracks and total playback time on the disc are then displayed on the digital display t. @2 Disc Holder - Place the disc on the disc holder with the label facing up. - Use the 5OPEN/CLOSE button @1 to open and close the disc holder. - The disc holder may also be closed by pressing the 1 PLAY button !9 or 3PAUSE button @0. @3 Digital Output Jack (OPTICAL) - Digital data is output in optical form from this jack. (Refer to page 7 for connections.) @4 Output Terminal (LINE OUT) - Connect these jacks to the input jacks on your amplifier.(Refer to page 7 for details on the connections.) @5 AC INLET - Connect the included AC cord here. 3PAUSE 1PLAY 1PLAY CONNECTION (1) Connecting the Output Terminal (LINE OUT) Use the included pin cords to connect the left (L) and right (R) output terminal (LINE OUT) of the DCD-485/685 to the CD, AUX or TAPE PLAY left (L) and right (R) input jacks of the amplifier. Connection Precautions - Before proceeding with connections or disconnections of cables and power cords, be sure to turn all system components off. - Ensure that all cables are connected properly to the L (left) and R (right) jacks. - Insert plugs fully into the terminals. - Connect the output jacks to the amplifier CD, AUX or TAPE PLAY input jacks. 42 ITALIANO q Programmazione (Solo con il telecomando) (4) Riproduzione di tracce specifiche in un ordine specifico -�-�-�-�-� Riproduzione programmata - Con questa funzione è possibile scegliere tutte le tracce su discoche si desiderano e programmare la loro riproduzione in un qualunque ordine. - La programmazione è possibile anche quando il piatto portadisco è aperto. - Possono essere programmate fino a 20 tracce. - Le tracce programmate vengono visualizzate sul calendario. - Premete il tasto PROG in modo tale che lindicatore si accenda, poi usate i tasti di numerici e il tasto +10 dellunità d\ el telecomando per programmare i brani. Per esempio, per programmare i brani 3, 12 e 7 premete , , , e . Ogni qualvolta viene programmato un brano, il numero di brano corrispondente lampeggia sul calendario, sul display TRACK No. appare il numero di brano e sul display TIME appare il tempo di riproduzione totale. Alcuni secondi dopo aver programmato lultimo brano, il numero totale dei brani programmati viene visualizzato sul display TRACK No. 7 2 + 10 3 PROG PROG ( PROG ) 1 2 ( Tasti di numerici ) w Verifica delle tracce programmate (Solo con il telecomando) - Premete il tasto CALL. Si possono aggiungere altri brani al programma, ma il numero di brani programmati e il tempo di riproduzione non verrà visualizzato. - La ricerca diretta non è possibile durante la riproduzione programmata. Se i tasti di numerici vengono premuti, quel brano verrà aggiunto alla fine del programma. - La programmazione è possibile anche con il platto portadisco aperto. I numeri dei brani superiori ai numeri dei brani registrati sul disco possono essere programmati, ma verranno cancellati automaticamente prima che la riproduzione inizi. - Il tempo rimanente per ciascun brano verrà visualizzato per i brani dall1 al 20. - Il tempo di programmazione totale e il tempo di programmazione rimanente non verranno visualizzati se vengono pro- grammati brani oltre al brano numero 20. (5) Riproduzione ripetuta di tutti i brani -�-�-�-�-� Ripetizione 1. Premete il tasto REPEAT ALL. 2. Premete il tasto 1PLAY. - Premendo il tasto REPEAT ALL, verrà visualizzato. - I passi 1 e 2 sopra possono essere invertiti. - Per cancellare il modo di riproduzione ripetuta, premete il tasto REPEAT ALL nuovamente. - Premendo il tasto REPEAT ALL durante la riproduzione pro- grammata, verrà ripetuta la riproduzione dei brani memorizzati. 3. Nel modo di programmato, solamente i brani programmati sono riprodotti ripetutamente. Se volete riprodurre ripetutamente un brano singolo, per esempio, programmatelo. REPEAT (6) Riproduzione ripetuta di una sezione desiderata -�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-�-� Ripetizione A-B 1. Iniziate la riproduzione e premete il tasto REPEAT A-B quando raggiungete il punto di inizio dellintervallo. Lindicatore inizia a lampeggiare. 2. Continuate la riproduzione oppure avanzate il pick-up usando il tasto 9 o 7 finchè non sarà raggiunto il punto di fine sezione. Poi premete il tasto REPEAT A-B nuovamente. Lindica- tore si illuminerà. - Il pick-up ritornerà al punto di inizio sezione e ripeterà la riproduzione della sezione selezionata. - Questo intervallo verrà ripetuto finché il modo di ripetizione A-B\ non viene cancellato premendo nuovamente il tasto REPEAT A-B. Lindicatore si spegnerà. - La ripetizione ripetuta A-B non è possibile durante la riproduzione programmata. 92 PORTUGUÊS PRECAUÇÕES DURANTE A INSTALAÇÃO O leitor de CDs utiliza um microcomputador para controlar circuitos electrónicos internos. Caso utilize o leitor nas proximidades de um sintonizador ou de um TV, apesar de pouco prováveis, podem verificarse interferências tanto no som do sintonizador como na imagem da TV. Para evitar estas interferências tome as seguintes precauções: - Mantenha o leitor de CDs o mais afastado possível do sintonizador ou da TV. - Mantenha o cabo de alimentação e o cabo de ligação do leitor de CDs separados dos fios de antena do sintonizador e da TV. - É muito provável que se verifiquem interferências quando se utiliza uma antena interior ou um cabo de antena de 300 Ω/ohms. Deste modo, recomenda-se vivamente o uso de uma antena exterior e de um cabo coaxial de 75 Ω/ohms. RESOLUÇÃO DE PROBLEMAS Se o leitor de CDs não parece estar a funcionar devidamente, verifique o seguinte: A gaveta do disco não abre nem fecha. - A corrente está ligada ? Quando se coloca um disco na gaveta, é afixado no mostrador -�-� -�-� M -�-� S. - O disco está devidamente colocado ? -�-�-�-�Ver página 84 - Para discos CD-R/RW, foi o disco finalizado?
