for maximum signal. Adjust R.F. brass slug at bottom side of tuner for maximum signal.
Re-align aerial slug. Set gang fully open, and after loosening grub screw adjust bush at
rear end of tuner hard against locating lug. Re-tighten grub screw.
A.M. I.F.: Set to M.W., and short C29 t0 chassis. Inject 472 kc/s. A.M. signal to grid
of V2. Adjust cores of L5, L6, L14, L15 for optimum results.
M. W.: Inject 600 kc/s. via dummy aerial to A.M. sockets, set to 500 m. and adjust LIZ/L13
and L3/L4. Inject 1200 kc/s., set to 250 m., and adjust C38 and C20, Repeat adjustments
as necessary.
L.W.: Inject 150 kc/s., set to 2000 m., and adjust L10/L11 and L1/L2. Inject 250 kc/s.,
set to 1200 m., and adjust C33 and C19. Repeat adjustments as necessary.
