1) Do not open the SSP-30 MKII for any reason, there ar e no user serviceable parts inside. An open unit,
particularly if it is stil l connected to an AC source, presents a potentially lethal sh ock hazard. Refer all
questions to authorized service personnel only. Do not a ttempt to service the SSP -30 MKII yourself.
2) To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the SSP -30 MKII to water or moisture. If a liquid ot her than
clear water or pure alcohol does enter SS P-30 MKI I tak e it to your Classé dealer for a thorough check-up.
3) Do not place t he SSP -30 MKII close to any heat-produci ng device such as your audi o amplifier(s), and also
keep it away fr om direct sunlight, or a radiator, stove, etc.
4) Connect the SSP-30 M KII only to an AC source of the proper voltage. The shipping container and the rea r
panel serial number tag will stipula te the proper volt age. U se of a ny other volta ge will a lmost certainl y
damage the unit and wil l voi d the warranty.
5) AC cords sho uld be routed so that they are not likel y to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon o r
against them. Do not stress t he AC co rd by stretching to a plug. If damage does occur to the AC cord, take
it to your Clas sé dealer for a th orough check-up and proper repair.
6) If the SSP -30 MKII will be out of use for a n extended pe riod of time (v acation, etc.), you may wish to unplug
the power cord from the AC source to p revent any ch ance of probl ems f rom a v oltage surge or lightning
strike.
