DESCRIPTION

The MMSul is an optional panel for use with the
DWA-GO, MTXSOB, MXSOA and MXGOA amplifiers. It
consists of an output level meter, 3 speaker and 8 vol-
ume control» The MMSdenables the operator to monitor
the sound output level both by eye and ear. The ship»
ping weight of the accessory is 2 pounds.

INSTALLATION

To install the MMS-l on the amplifier, use the following
procedure:

1. Remove the four thumb screws from sides of
cage. Remove four No. 6 screws holding cage
on bottom and remove cage. Remove the No. 6
sheet metal screw on bottom from right hand
side, next to rubber foot.

2. Remove two No. 6 pal nuts holding speaker

panel in place (on inside top). Remove speaker
panel.

3. Put MMSPIpanel in place on front panel, replace
the two No. 6 pal nuts (removed in Step 2) and
tighten on to the bolts. Put 55-pin plug into
MMS-ul ACCESSORY socket, securely.

4. Replace and tighten the No. 6 sheet metal
screw on bottom front (near mbber foot).

5. Replace cage and fasten with the {our No. 6
sheet metal screws. Replace leather straps and
four thumb screws.

OPERATION

Control amplifier output volume as explained in
amplifier instruction manual. For average Oulplll. level,
MMSnl meter should read at point where needle starts
to swing into red portion. This is a reference level on-
ly. To control volume of monitor speaker use MONITOR
SPEAKER VOLUME CONTROL.
