FEATURES

0 Toroidal power transformer for a compact
size and hids output power
The large-capacity power supply is composed
of a toroidal transformer with particularly
high efficiency and two 100qu large-sized
design capacitors. This exhibits ample margin,
and more than enough power is supplied for an
effective output of 30 W + 30 W. This enables
dynamic, high quality sound reproduction.

O Wide-band DC amplifier for reproducing the
original sound faithfully

This DC power amplifier design has eliminated

any capacitOrs which cause phase distortion in

the negative feedback loop. In order to suppress

DC drift, a newly developed monolithic IC

which makes up a differential amplifier is em~

ployed for the first stage.~This circuitry ensures '

that operation is stable over a wide range of
temperatures. The final stage is a pure compli.
mentary SEPP OCL circuit featuring RETs
(ring emitter transistors) with excellent line-
arity for minimum distonion.

0 Protection circuits

The protection circuit employs a newly devel-
oped IC and a relay eliminates pop noise
produced when the power is switched on and
off. Other features protect the transistors from
short-circuits in the output and also the speakers
which are isolated when leakage of DC is de
tected in the output.

0 LED bar graph display to indicate the out-
put level

The display consisting of five LEDs and the

logarithmic compression circuit serve to indi-

cate the total output power of both channels

with levels ranging from 0.1 W to 60W (when

load impedance is 4 ohms).

0 Breitband-Gleichstrom-Verstfirker fiir hohe

Wiedergabetreue
Dieser GIeichstrom-Leistungsverstarker hat

keine Kondensatoren mehr, da diese eine
Phasenverzerrung bei der negativen Riick-
kopplungsschleife verursachen. Um eine Gleich-
stromdrift zu unterdriicken, wurde ein neu
entwickelter monolithischer Schaltkreis, der
den Differentialverstarker vervollstandigt, fiir
die erste Stufe verwendet. Dieser Schaltkreis
gewahrleistet einen stabilen Betrieb, auch bei
hohen Temperaturschwankungen. Die Endstufe
ist eine rein komplementere Einendgegentakt~
schaltung mit transformatorlosem Ausgang
(SEPP OTL) und RETs (Ringemitter-Tran-
sistoren), mit ausgezeichneter Linearitét und
minimaler Verzerrung.

0 Schutzschaltungen _

Der Schutzschaltkreis, unter Verwendung eines
neu entwickelten integrierten Schaltkreises
und eines Relais, verhiitet Poppgerausche, die
beim Ein-und Ausschalten des Stroms mit dem
Netzschalter auftreten. Weitere Eigenschaften
schiitzen die Transistoren vor Kurzschliissen im
Ausgang und ebenfalls die Lautsprecher, die
abgeschaltet werden, wenn Gleichstrombestand-
teile an den Ausgengen festgestellt werden.

0 Balkendiagremm LED-Anzeige fiir den Aus-
sanespeeol

Diese Anzeige, bestehend aus fiinf Iichtemittie-
renden Dioden (LEDsi und einem logarith-
mischen Druckschaltkreis, dient zum Sicht-
barmachen der Gesamtausgangsleistung beider
Kanale, mit einem Pegelbereich von 0,1 Watt
bis 60 Watt (wenn die Verbraucherimpedanz
4 Ohm betragt).

une solution diluée de produit de nettoyage
